Pacific Steak & Hoagie is a pop-up dedicated to bringing Philadelphia’s unique sandwich culture to Los Angeles.

The first two and a half decades of my life were defined by the near-constant availability of delicious sandwiches - Cheesesteaks. Roast Pork. Hoagies. Cutlets - served on impossibly delicious bread baked fresh each day.

Six years of living in three other cities taught me one thing — the sandwich experience I’d grown to love was not available everywhere.

After years of testing and tweaking, Pacific Steak & Hoagie was founded to share a taste of Philly with Angelenos.
